The house is a mess and we’re not talking slight disarray here.  So much time is spent outdoors there just isn’t time to worry too much about the dishes.  Or the dirty socks laying here and there.  I don’t have time to organize the stack of bills, junk mail and school papers.  Let’s not even talk about the dusting that needs to be done.  And then there are the tiny flies buzzing around —where are they coming from?! 

I live in a near-constant state of fear that I will have an unexpected guest.  If you pop over to visit, I’ll probably scurry outside to greet you in the driveway.  I hope you understand why I don’t invite you inside.  ♥

    And this is EXACTLY what it’s like at my farm/house. And I do meet people outside if they show up unexpectedly! The mail piles have taken over……
